Results Audi Quattro Cup Duo
Mediterraneo Golf, the place where Sergio García was born, one of the best players in the world and champion of the famous Green Jacket of the Augusta Masters, was in optimal conditions. A total of 70 players participated in a sunny day, ideal for playing golf.
The winners qualified for the National Final were Miguel Ángel Mormeneo Herrrero and Andrés Mormeneo Segarra, who after putting a 12-meter putt on the 16th hole and a birdie on the 18th hole, handed out a card with 32 gross points and achieved their place in the National Final in La Finca Golf, Alicante, at the beginning of September. Both players were very excited about the victory for being their first participation in the Audi quattro Cup.
Both the first handicap pair formed by Antonio Viedma Guillamón and Juan Carlos Navarro Varella, and the second Scratch pair formed by Francisco José Calderón Alarcón and Javier Luján Castro, with 40 and 28 Stableford points respectively, achieved the direct classification for the Final Phase Zonal of the Audi quattro Cup Team to be played on Sunday July 21 at the Bonmont Golf Club in Tarragona. The tournament counted on the collaboration of the dealer Marzá.
